Leave it with Budget Direct - Within 2 business days of you lodging your claim, Budget Direct will contact you to advise you of the next steps (or if any more information is needed).
Get a decision - On acceptance of your claim, Budget Direct will repair, replace or pay the market value or agreed value of your car.
